Listing a property and exploring the map carry no fee. Contact details unlock once a viewing is requested.
Free viewing request
Booking a viewing carries no fee — buyer and seller coordinate directly inside the platform without intermediaries. Contact details unlock once the viewing is requested.
Contact unlock
The buyer unlocks the seller's phone and email (€2.50) and both sides coordinate directly in Messages — no intermediaries.
Notary transaction
The parties negotiate the details directly and finalize the deal at the notary. Verido is not a party to the transaction.
